Frequently Asked Questions

What tools and benefits do I get on the Team Plan?

The Team Plan includes the listed “Free” benefits: CRM + app, agent website, email/phone number, E&O, marketing tools, transaction tools, listing support items, and more (as outlined in the Plan Agreement).

What’s the difference between the Team Plan and the Solo Plan?

Team Plan has no monthly fee and includes the full bundle of team-provided tools/services, with splits of 80/20 personal and 50/50 team leads (with performance upgrades).
Solo Plan is 90/10 personal with $47/month and a $6,000 annual cap, and listings are under the agent.

What counts as a “Personal Lead”?

A personal lead is any client you generate yourself, including (but not limited to): your sphere, referrals, open houses, networking, your own marketing, and leads that come in through your personal website. These are treated as personal leads for split purposes.

What does “keep anything over 3% commission” mean?

On personal leads under the Team Plan, the split applies to the first 3% commission.
If the commission is
above 3%, the portion over 3% is kept 100% by the Agent.

When do I move from 80/20 to 90/10 on personal leads?

On the Team Plan, after you close 5 units, your personal leads move to 90/10.

How do I qualify to switch to the Solo Plan (90/10 with monthly fee)?

Once you have closed 10 transactions, you may choose to move to the Solo Plan (90/10 personal leads) with the $47/month fee and $6,000 annual cap.

What happens if I close 15 units in a year?

If you close 15 units in one calendar year, then the following year you start at:

90/10 on personal leads, and

55/45 on team leads (Agent 55% / Company 45%).

Do I pay any other fees besides what’s listed?

No. Per the plan terms:

Team Plan: no monthly fees and no other fees listed.

Solo Plan: $47/month plus the $6,000 annual cap (no other fees listed).

Can I start on the Solo Plan immediately?

If you have already closed at least 10 transactions in the past, you may choose to start on the Solo Plan right away. Otherwise, you start on the Team Plan and can switch once you hit 10 closings.

What is the $6,000 cap on the Solo Plan?

The cap is the annual maximum you pay toward the Company portion under the Solo Plan. Once you reach the $6,000 cap, you are capped for the year.

What happens once I reach the cap?

Once you reach the $6,000 cap, you receive 100% commission for the rest of the year and only pay the $47/month.

When does the cap reset?

The cap resets January 1 (start of the new year).

Why do listings “go under the team” on Team Plan and “under the agent” on Solo Plan?

That’s the Company’s structure:

Team Plan: listings are handled under the team process.

Solo Plan: listings are handled under the agent.

How does the Downline Compensation Program work?

You earn an override from transactions closed by agents you recruit, calculated from the Company portion (“Company Dollar”) of that transaction:

Level 1: 3% of Company Dollar

Levels 2 & 3: 1% of Company Dollar

Does the recruited agent lose money because I’m getting an override?

No. The override is paid from the Company portion, not added as an extra charge to the agent.

What’s the difference between Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3?

Level 1: agents you personally recruit

Level 2: agents recruited by your Level 1 agents

Level 3: agents recruited by your Level 2 agents

Can I receive overrides on both Team Leads and Personal Leads from my downline?

Yes, as long as the transaction produces a Company portion (“Company Dollar”), your override is based on that Company portion according to the level.

When are commissions paid?

Agent commissions are paid at closing through the commission disbursement or immediately after the Company receives the funds and a full wire or check clears the Company account.

When are downline overrides paid?

Downline override pay is paid at the end of the month for transactions that have closed and been fully processed/cleared.

Can the Company update these plans later?

Any updates must be provided in writing and apply according to Company policy. Your signed plan agreement confirms the terms in effect on your effective date unless replaced by an updated written agreement.

Do we have an office?

No. This is to keep overhead low
