You earn 3% of the total commission from every transaction completed by an agent you personally recruit (Level 1).

You earn 1% of the total commission from agents on Levels 2 and 3.

Example:
If a Level 1 agent earns a $9,000 commission:

The team receives 20% ($1,800).

You receive 3% of $1,800 = $54.

From Levels 2 or 3 you receive 1% of $1,800 = $18.

For team leads (50/50 split):

Level 1 override = $135

Level 2 & 3 override = $45

As your downline grows, these overrides multiply—creating long-term, passive income as your team expands.

We plan to roll out our healthcare insurance program starting with our agents. Our goal is to launch this by July 2026, and there will be no cost to the agents. As the company grows, we plan to extend coverage to agents’ children next, followed by spouses. Our target for full family coverage is the end of 2026.

We will match your 401(k) contributions up to 4% at 100%. Contributions at 5% and 6% will be matched at 50%. To receive the full company match, you must contribute 6%. You will become fully vested after 2 years. After 1 year, you are 50% vested. If you leave the team before completing 1 full year, you will not be vested. We plan to roll this out by May 2026.

No. We are a team and all the transactions will be under the team leader. There are also perks for bonuses when we do it this way.

No. The only phone number on the signs are the office number. You can put a name rider on the signs below with your name and a QR code at your own expense.

The leads that are generated off of your own sub domain website go directly to you. You only split the team leads that are assigned to you.
