RealVisor Realty privacy policy — how we collect, use, and protect your information.

RealVisor Realty, LLC ("RealVisor," "we," "us") operates realvisorrealty.com. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it in plain English on purpose.
Information we collect
- Information you give us — name, email address, phone number, property address, budget, and anything you write in a message when you submit one of our forms, request a showing or a home valuation, sign up for listing alerts, or apply to join the brokerage.
- Usage information — standard web logs (IP address, browser, pages viewed) and basic analytics that tell us how the site is used.
- MLS/search activity — saved homes, saved searches, and alert preferences when you create an account or use our home-search tools.
How we use it
- To respond to your inquiry and connect you with a RealVisor agent.
- To provide the services you asked for — showings, valuations, listing alerts, transaction updates.
- To send you messages you've opted into (see "Text messaging" below).
- To operate, secure, and improve the site.
When you submit a form on this site you are asking us to get in touch, so we may reply by email about your inquiry and send you messages related to what you asked for — agent replies, showing confirmations and reminders, documents you need to review or sign, and updates on an active transaction. These are transactional messages tied to your request.
If you opt in to listing updates or similar ongoing email, every one of those messages carries a one-click unsubscribe link and header. We process unsubscribe requests immediately and permanently — you can also unsubscribe any time at crm.realvisorrealty.com/unsubscribe without needing a link from an email. We remove hard-bounced and complained-about addresses automatically and do not email them again. We do not buy, rent, scrape, or import email lists, and we do not send cold or unsolicited email.
Text messaging (SMS)
If you provide your phone number and check the SMS consent box on one of our forms, you agree to receive customer-care and marketing text messages from RealVisor Realty. Message frequency varies. Your mobile information will not be sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. We will not share your opt-in to an SMS campaign with any third party for purposes unrelated to providing you with the services of that campaign. All categories of information described in this policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with, sold to, or exchanged with any third parties.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with: (a) the RealVisor agent handling your inquiry; (b) service providers who run parts of our platform (hosting, email delivery, MLS/IDX data services) under confidentiality obligations; and (c) authorities when the law requires it. The text-messaging exclusions above always apply.
Cookies & analytics
The site uses cookies and similar technologies for sign-in sessions and basic analytics. You can control cookies in your browser settings.
MLS / IDX data
Listing data on this site comes from participating MLSs (SABOR, HAR) under their display rules and is for your personal, non-commercial use in identifying properties.
How long we keep information
We keep inquiry and contact information for as long as you have an active relationship with RealVisor and afterward only as long as we need it to run the business and meet Texas real estate record-keeping obligations (TREC requires brokerages to retain transaction records for four years). Consent and opt-out records are kept as long as we hold the underlying contact information, so we can prove what you agreed to and honor what you declined. Ask us to delete your information and we will, except where the law requires us to keep a copy.
Your choices
- Text messages: reply STOP to any message, any time.
- Email: use the one-click unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or unsubscribe directly at crm.realvisorrealty.com/unsubscribe.
- Access / correction / deletion: email us and we'll take care of it.
