Our Contract (E-SIGN)
You are entering a binding contract with RealVisor Realty, LLC, together with its real estate brokers, agents, parents, subsidiaries, and affiliates (“RealVisor,” “we,” “us,” “our”). By (1) using our website www.realvisorrealty.com (“browsewrap”) and (2) submitting your information and clicking to agree to this Privacy Policy (“clickwrap”) and creating a user profile, you give your express written consent to all terms below as well as our Terms of Use. Your consent constitutes your electronic signature and is equivalent to a written signature.

This Privacy Policy explains what Personal Information and Usage Information we collect, and how we collect, use, share, protect, and let you control that information. It applies to our website, applications, email lists, and other online features/services (collectively, the “Web Properties”). It does not apply to websites/apps/services we do not control.
Our Communications With You (TCPA Consent for U.S. Residents)

Additional Communications Provisions (Canada)
In addition to the above, Canadian residents consent to practices necessary for compliance with CASL, PIPEDA, and applicable provincial privacy laws. Communications relate to real estate services and may continue until you opt out. Your information may be transmitted to, used in, and stored in the United States.
Dispute Resolution – Arbitration Agreement (Mandatory Binding Arbitration; Class Action Waiver)
Read carefully: If we elect arbitration, you will not have the right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action in court or arbitration.
a. Your Right to Reject
You may reject this Arbitration Agreement within 30 days by mailing a signed notice to: RealVisor Realty, LLC — Attn: Terms of Use & Privacy Policy Arbitration Rejection, 9690 Crow Ln, Adkins, TX 78101. Include your name, address, phone, the date you agreed, and your signature.
b. Claims Covered
“Claim” is broad and includes any claim, dispute, or controversy arising from or related to this Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, our Web Properties, accounts, communications, products, services, or relationships, whether based on contract, tort, statute, or equity. Certain issues (e.g., the validity/scope of this Arbitration Agreement) are for a court to decide.
Administration, Fees, Location, Rules
- Administrator: AAA or JAMS; single arbitrator (10+ years as attorney or retired judge).
- Fees: On written request, we cover certain filing/hearing fees for individual consumer claims; fee-shifting as required by law.
- Class Action Waiver: No class, representative, or private attorney general actions in arbitration.
- Notice & Right to Resolve: Provide a written “Claim Notice” and 30 days to resolve before filing; if we refuse relief and the arbitrator awards at least that relief, you receive a minimum $7,500 award (single minimum award per arbitration).
- Governing Law: Federal Arbitration Act (FAA).
Governing Law
Except for the Arbitration Agreement (governed by the FAA), Texas law governs without regard to conflicts principles.
Your Consent to Future Changes
We may update this Policy or our Terms at any time. Changes are effective upon posting to realvisorrealty.com. Continued use constitutes renewed consent. To opt out of future changes, email [email protected] or write to our mailing address; the opt-out is effective 10 days after receipt and your relationship remains governed by the last prior terms.
Types of Information Collected
Personal Information
Examples: name, contact details, address, date of birth, nationality, company/job function, preferences, inquiries, orders, registrations, feedback, financial info (processed by PCI-compliant providers), photos/videos, and other info you provide.
Usage Information
Examples: IP address, device IDs, browser type/language, OS, pages viewed, links clicked, session times, referral URLs, pixels/tags, clear GIFs, and similar technical data. If logged in, we may associate browsing with your account.
How Information Is Collected
- Information you provide directly (forms, chats, calls, emails, events, transactions, account creation).
- Information from your device/browser (including cookies and similar technologies).
- Information from service providers, analytics/advertising partners, and lawful sources.
Cookies & Similar Technologies
We use cookies/pixels/tags/SDKs/local storage to operate, secure, measure, and personalize the Web Properties. Manage cookies in your browser settings (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge, etc.). Blocking cookies may impact functionality.
Analytics, Advertising & Session Tools
We may use Google Analytics, Meta (Facebook) Pixel, Microsoft Clarity, FullStory, and similar services. See each provider’s privacy and opt-out pages for controls.
Chatbot Technology
Support chats (including AI-assisted) may capture messages and metadata. AI may be inaccurate; verify critical information. We’re not liable for damages arising from use or unavailability of chat services.
Web Beacons & Unique IDs
We may use web beacons to measure engagement; we may assign unique IDs to personalize experiences.
How We Use Information
- Operate and improve the Web Properties; set up/manage accounts; provide support.
- Deliver requested services and transactions.
- Send offers and updates consistent with your settings and legal permissions (you can opt out).
- Security, fraud prevention, enforcement of terms, and legal compliance.
- Employment processing (if you apply).
We may aggregate or de-identify information for analytics and improvement.
Disclosure of Your Information
- Service Providers (hosting, CRM, analytics, communications, marketing, payments, support) under contractual protections.
- Real Estate Participants (cooperating brokers, MLSs, lenders, inspectors, title/escrow, showing services) to deliver requested services.
- Affiliates consistent with this Policy.
- Business Transfers (merger, sale, financing, bankruptcy).
- Legal/Compliance (law, subpoena, investigations, to protect rights, property, safety).
- With Your Direction or Consent.
We are not responsible for third parties’ security or actions once information is lawfully disclosed as described.
Security
We use technical, administrative, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method is 100% secure. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and logging out. Report concerns to [email protected].

Children’s Information

International Users
If you access our Web Properties from outside the U.S., you understand your information may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States.
State/Provincial-Specific Privacy Information
California “Shine the Light”
California residents may request once per calendar year information about certain personal information (if any) shared with third parties for their own direct marketing in the prior year. Email [email protected] with subject “Request for California Privacy Information.”
